The Board of Directors of BPPHB wishes to announce that BPPLAS Plantation Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201001020319 (904086-A)] ("BPPLAS Plantation"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BPPHB, has been struck off and deemed dissolved from the Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia, upon the publication of the name of BPPLAS Plantation in the Gazette on 13 April 2026, following an application made by BPPLAS Plantation to the Registrar of Companies for the striking-off of its name pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016.

BPPLAS Plantation is dormant and has no intention to carry on business or operations in the future. The striking-off of BPPLAS Plantation is part of the Company's streamlining exercise to reduce administrative resources and costs incurred for maintaining the dormant subsidiary.

The striking-off of BPPLAS Plantation does not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
