The Board of Directors of Rivertree STF Synergies Berhad (formerly known as Sinmah Capital Berhad) ("RSSB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 3 April 2026 was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on Friday, 24 April 2026. 

 

The results of the poll were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
