Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Circular to shareholders of the Company dated 12 March 2026 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that SGB's existing number of 1,561,940,319 SGB Shares will be consolidated into 156,194,007 Consolidated Shares (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) with effect from 5.00 p.m. on 24 April 2026 ("Entitlement Date") pursuant to the Share Consolidation.

The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 27 April 2026, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
