The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("SIB" or "Company") wishes to announce that on 24 April 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the terms of arrangement for provision of cash advances amounting to RM5,000,000 ("Advances") by its wholly owned subsidiary, SIB Ventures Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202401044576 (1590422-M)) ("SIBV"), to SIBV's 51% owned joint venture company, SIB ZZT Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202501048370 (1649778-X))("SIB ZZT").
