1.      INTRODUCTION

Malton had on 26 January 2026, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Dongguan Benling Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd (BENLG) to establish the principal terms and conditions of collaboration in relation to Electrical Vehicle (EV) motorcycle market in Malaysia (MOU).

BENLG is a premier EV motorcycle manufacturer with 20 years of expertise and has production bases in Tianjin, Wuxi and Taizhou in China. In addition to China, BENLG also has 4 international branches around the world, namely Gurgao in India, Manila in the Philippines, Bangkok in Thailand and Jakarta in Indonesia.  BENLG is exploring the possibility of establishing its presence in the EV motorcycle market in Malaysia (Project) and is interested to collaborate with Malton as its local partner for the Project.

2.      STATUS

Since the date of the MOU, there has not been any material development on the MOU.
