We refer to the announcement dated 9 April 2026 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions in the Announcement shall apply here.


On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the listing of and quotation for up to 1,000,001,472 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today.
