With reference to the Notice of the Sixty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 24 April 2026, the payment of the First and Final Single-Tier Dividend is subject to shareholders' approval under Resolution 1 at the aforesaid AGM which will be held on 22 June 2026.
