The Board of Directors ("Board") of PRG Holdings Berhad ("PRG" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Premier Construction (International) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a subsidiary of PRG, had on 23 April 2026 entered into a settlement agreement with Premier De Muara Sdn Bhd ("PDM") for the partial settlement of the total outstanding indebtedness due and owing by PDM, via the transfer of 12 units of properties under the property development project known as Picasso Residence.
