Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 11 August 2025, 10 December 2025 and 5 February 2026.
The Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the following applications was held on 22 April 2026:


i. Enclosure 9 - Defendant's application to strike out the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim; and
ii. Enclosure 13 - TBSB's application for the present suit and the original suit under Suit No. JA-21NCvC-13-03/2022 to be heard together or consolidated.


The High Court has decided as follows:
i. Enclosure 9 - Defendant's striking out application was allowed, and the present action was dismissed in its entirety; and
ii. Enclosure 13 - TBSB's application for the present suit and the original suit to be heard together or consolidated was dismissed.


The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
