Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements dated 26 November 2025, 28 November 2025,1 December 2025 and 9 January 2026.

The Company wishes to update on the High Court's decision as follows: -

a) The Plaintiff has successfully proven its claim in the sum of RM233,977.80 in respect of TNB 11kv Project and RM1,285,740.60 in respect of TNB 33kv Project, bringing the total claim to RM1,519,718.40.

b) The Defendant (Widad Builders Sdn Bhd) has successfully proven its counterclaim in the sum of RM225,000.00 for Liquidated Ascertained Damages ("LAD").

c) The Defendant is ordered to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of RM1,294,718.40, being the differential amount, together with interest at a rate of 5% per annum from the date of Judgment until full settlement.

d) The Defendant is further ordered to pay costs to the Plaintiff in the sum of RM20,000.00, together with an allocator fee of RM800.00.
