(i) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature
(ii) Proposed New Shareholders Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature

The Board of Directors of Safetyware wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company :

 

(i)      Proposed Renewal of Shareholders Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

(ii)     Proposed New Shareholders Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature

 (collectively referred to as the "Proposed Mandates").

 

 A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Mandates will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
