PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 12,414,800 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN APB ("APB SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("PLACEMENT SHARE(S)"), REPRESENTING NOT MORE THAN 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF THE COMPANY (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) TO THIRD PARTY INVESTOR(S) ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements dated 30 January 2026, 4 February 2026, 12 February 2026 and 23 February 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 23 April 2026 ("Price Fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.1470 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0160 or 9.82% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of APB Shares up to and including 22 April 2026, being the last trading date immediately preceding the Price Fixing Date, of RM0.1630 per Share.
