We wish to announce that SUPERMX-C5F has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of SUPERMX-C5F x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SUPERMX-C5F x (RM0.3160 - RM0.5800) x (1/1.5)
= Number of SUPERMX-C5F x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.3160 was determined based on the average closing price of the SUPERMX Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C5F will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to SUPERMX-C5F shall terminate absolutely.
