We wish to announce that MBSB-C87 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of MBSB-C87 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MBSB-C87 x (RM0.6730 - RM0.8000) x (1/1)
= Number of MBSB-C87 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.6730 was determined based on the average closing price of the MBSB Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MBSB-C87 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to MBSB-C87 shall terminate absolutely.
