We wish to announce that EKOVEST-C75 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of EKOVEST-C75 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of EKOVEST-C75 x (RM0.2140 - RM0.4200) x (1/1.5)
= Number of EKOVEST-C75 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.2140 was determined based on the average closing price of the EKOVEST Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised EKOVEST-C75 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to EKOVEST-C75 shall terminate absolutely.
