The Board of Directors of Orkim resolved to recommend a final single-tier dividend of RM0.016 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 1st Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid proposed final single-tier dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
