The Board of Directors of OCR wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth (28th) Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be advised later.

 

The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
