We refer to the Company's Announcements dated 2 October 2025, 6 October 2025, 16 October 2025 and 5 February 2026 in relation to EHB's application to Bursa Securities for Extension of Time to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 15 October 2025 granted the Company an extension of time of six months (6) until 25 March 2026 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements. The Company had on 24 March 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further EOT of (3) months until 25 June 2026 for the Company to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement. The said application is pending a decision from Bursa Securities. Further announcement will be made upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities. 

Based on the Record of Depositors as at 31 December 2025, the Company's public shareholding spread was at 15.89% .
