The Board of Directors of AuMAS wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Wullersdorf Resources Sdn. Bhd. ("WRSB") has received the renewal of its Operational Mining Scheme ("OMS") licence from The Minerals and Geoscience Department Malaysia, Sabah, the national regulatory authority for mining. 

WRSB is the operator of the Bukit Mantri gold mine.

The Company affirms that the granting of the OMS licence confirms the project has fulfilled all necessary regulatory prerequisites, including the Environmental Impact Assessment.
