The Boards of Directors of Colform wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are mainly to streamline the Constitution with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

The Annual Report 2025 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
