- WRIT OF SUMMONS AND STATEMENT OF CLAIM FILED BY NATURE ONE DAIRY (HONG KONG) LIMITED ("NOD") IN THE SUPREME COURT OF VICTORIA, MELBOURNE AGAINST ORIENT BIOTECH SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

Unless otherwise stated, all terms and definitions used herein shall retain the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements dated 25 October 2024, 5 March 2025, 28 August 2025 and 27 November 2025, and Section B9 of the quarterly results of OB Holdings for the financial period ended 31 August 2025.

 

The Board of Directors of OB Holdings wishes to announce the following updates on the ongoing legal proceedings. Aside from and in addition to the procedural steps required in the conduct of the proceeding:-,

 

1. The directions hearing previously scheduled for 1 May 2026 has been adjourned to 21 August 2026; and

 

2. The proceeding is set down for trial on a date to be fixed not before 24 September 2026.

 

Further announcements will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments in relation thereof.
