Remarks:
The transfer of CLMT's units to eligible employees is subsequent to the vesting of units pursuant to the CMRM RUP. This vesting of units is exempted from the general restriction on dealings during closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
