The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A circular containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be made available on the Company's corporate website in due course.
