The Boards of Directors of Colform wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
