- Declaration of interim single-tier dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025

The Board of Directors of SEM is pleased to announce that the Board has resolved to declare an interim single-tier dividend of 1.35 sen per ordinary share on 1,109,066,500 ordinary shares with voting rights in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

 

The entitlement date of the interim dividend has been fixed on 4 May 2026 and is payable on 15 May 2026.
