VARIATION BETWEEN ACTUAL VALUE AND ESTIMATED VALUE OF RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS ("RRPT")
The Board of Directors of Ta Ann Holdings Berhad ("the Company") refers to the shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature obtained at the 28th Annual General Meeting held on 23 May 2025.
Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT entered into with Ironwall Sdn Bhd for the period from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026 has exceeded the estimated value disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 25 April 2025 by 10% or more, following the Company's last announcement on 13 March 2026.

The Company confirms that the RRPT have been entered into in the ordinary course of business and on normal commercial terms which are not more favourable to the related party than those generally available to the public and are not detrimental to the minority shareholders of the Company.
