DEVIATION OF 10% OR MORE BETWEEN ACTUAL AND ESTIMATED VALUE OF A RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION ("RRPT")
Further to the announcement made on 9 April 2026, the Board of Directors of Innity Corporation Berhad ("INNITY") wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT entered into by INNITY and its subsidiaries ("INNITY GROUP"), with Hakuhodo DY Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries for provision of advertising and publicity related services, has exceed the estimated value of RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 25 April 2025 by more than 10% as follows:
