Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Independent Auditors, UHY Malaysia PLT have issued an unmodified audit opinion with a material uncertainty related to going concern in the Independent Auditors' Report in respect of the Company's audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
