We wish to announce that VELESTO-C41 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 April 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of VELESTO-C41 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of VELESTO-C41 x (RM0.3365 - RM0.2000) x (1/1)
= Number of VELESTO-C41 x RM0.1365
The Closing Price of RM 0.3365 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the VELESTO Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
