GRN37588 AND PM2192, LOT NOS. 8063 AND 8065 RESPECTIVELY, IN MUKIM TANJONG MINYAK, DAERAH MELAKA TENGAH, NEGERI MELAKA, AND BEARING POSTAL ADDRESS AT LOT 8063 AND LOT 8065, JALAN NOBAT 9, TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN BUKIT RAMBAI, 75250 MELAKA, FOR A PURCHASE CONSIDERATION OF RM1,350,000 TO BE SATISFIED ENTIRELY IN CASH

We refer to the announcements dated 22 August 2025, 1 October 2025, 17 October 2025 and 16 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the Vendors and the Purchaser have entered into the following supplemental agreements on 17 April 2026: -

 

(i) Supplemental agreement for Lot 8063 - The Vendors and the Purchaser have mutually agreed to further extend the Completion Period-1 from 20 April 2026 to 20 October 2026.

 

(ii) Supplemental agreement for Lot 8065 - The Vendors and the Purchaser have mutually agreed to further extend the Conditional Period-2 from 25 May 2026 to 20 October 2026, to enable the Vendors to secure the State Consent as set out in the SPA-2.

 

Save as disclosed above, there are no other variations to the terms and conditions of the SPAs.
