Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 3 April 2026 in relation to the resignation of Moore Stephens Associates PLT as the Auditors of SSF.

The Board of Directors of SSF wishes to announce that Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT (AF 0117), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 16 April 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
