The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that Kiplepay Sdn Bhd ("KIPLEPAY"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary and Rural Capital Berhad ("RCB") had on 16 April 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to explore potential strategic collaboration on the development and implementation of a white-label digital wallet solution, supported by broader digital payment, analytics and ecosystem capabilities ("Proposed Collaboration").
