- ISSUANCE OF UNMODIFIED AUDIT OPINION WITH STATEMENT OF MATERIAL UNCERTAINTY RELATING TO GOING CONCERN IN RESPECT OF RSAWIT'S AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of RSAWIT wishes to announce that the Company's external auditors, Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT, has included a statement of material uncertainty relating to going concern in its independent Auditors' Report dated 16 April 2026, in respect of the Group's financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("MUGC").
