Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined the announcement made on 13 August 2024 ("Previous Announcement").

Further to the Company's Previous Announcement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Court has, on 15 April 2026, recorded a Consent Judgment reflecting Gerbang Mekar Sdn Bhd ("GMSB") and Mega Planner Jaya Sdn Bhd (in liquidation)'s settlement in the sum of RM7.0 million. The settlement was made without admission of liability and it is on an ex-gratia basis.

Pursuant to the Consent Judgment, the matter shall be deemed resolved in accordance with the terms of the Consent Judgment. In connection therewith, GMSB's striking out application would no longer proceed.

Pursuant to the Consent Judgment and after taking into consideration legal advice received, GMSB has recognised a provision of RM7.0 million in the financial statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 in respect of the matter. The impact towards the Group's earnings for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 is approximately 5.1%.
