The Board of Directors of Tuju Setia Berhad is pleased to announce that Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuju Setia has on 15 April 2026 accepted the Letter of Award ("LOA") from Sime Darby Property (Ara Damansara) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Property Berhad for the proposed construction and completion of the Ara Bloc Residences at Ara Damansara, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a contract sum of RM359,277,942.63.
