The Board of Directors of D & O Green Technologies Berhad ("D&O") wishes to announce that D&O proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders on the Proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposal") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of D&O.

The notification of circular setting out the details of the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of D&O in due course.
