OFFER OF OPTIONS PURSUANT TO THE EXECUTIVE SHARE OPTION SCHEME UNDER THE LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN OF EMPIRE PREMIUM

Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 25 March 2026 issued by Empire Premium ("Prospectus").

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, Empire Premium wishes to announce that the Company had, on 14 April 2026, offered a total of 27,040,000 ESOS Options to the LTIP Eligible Persons pursuant to the ESOS, further details of which are as set out in Section 4.2.6 of the Prospectus.
