PROPOSED CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 5 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN PHARMANIAGA ("PHARMANIAGA SHARE(S)") OR "SHARE(S)") INTO 1 PHARMANIAGA SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE(S)") ("PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION")

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 7 April 2026 and 8 April 2026 in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pharmaniaga, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities, vide its letter dated 14 April 2026, resolved to approve the Proposed Share Consolidation.

 

The approval of Bursa Securities for the Proposed Share Consolidation is subject to the following conditions:

 

(i) Pharmaniaga is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Share Consolidation; and

 

(ii) Pharmaniaga or Affin Hwang IB is required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 13.20(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
