The Board of Directors of Theta Edge Berhad wishes to announce that the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Theta Innovation Sdn. Bhd ("TISB") has on 13 April 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Qiwary Solusi Finansiaku ("QISOFI") to explore, evaluate and jointly define the potential implementation of TISB's digital platforms Hajj Mobility and PilgrimPro for the management of Hajj and Umrah in Indonesia including engagement with the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
