1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("RRPT")
2. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the Authority to the Company to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares (collectively referred to as "the Proposals")

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the following Proposals at the forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting of the Company:


(i) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("RRPT"); and


(ii) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the Authority to the Company to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares.


A Circular/Statement to shareholders containing details of the above Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Integrated Annual Report 2025 in due course.
