Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 October 2025, 29 October 2025 and 1 April 2026 in relation to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Originating Summons No.: WA-24NCC-615-10/2025 ("OS").

Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

We refer to the OS filed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa") against MAAG ("1st Defendant"), CIMSEC Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd ("2nd Defendant"), KNM Group Berhad ("3rd Defendant" or "KNM") and KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd ("4th Defendant" or "KNMPS") wherein a hearing was held today.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing today, the High Court was informed, among others, of the Court of Appeal Order dated 18 September 2025 in Civil Appeal No. W-02(NCC)(A)-486-04/2025 ("Appeal") involving the 3rd and 4th Defendants. An adjournment of the hearing was accordingly sought by the 3rd and 4th Defendants pending the disposal of the Appeal before the Court of Appeal.

The High Court then directed that the hearing of the OS be adjourned to 14 May 2026.

Further developments on the OS will be announced in due course.
