Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 21 November 2025 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

Further to the Announcement, the Board of Directors of LYC wishes to announce that the Originating Summons dated 7 November 2025 filed at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur by Dr Dinesh A/L Kanasen, the applicant, against the Company and its subsidiaries namely, LYC Beauty & Wellness Sdn. Bhd. and LYC Dental & Aesthetic Holdings Sdn. Bhd. had been withdrawn with liberty to file afresh and with no order as to cost on 14 April 2026.
