Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 31 July 2024, 8 January 2026 and 16 January 2026.

 

The Company wishes to inform that the Defendant has filed the Notice of Withdrawal on 10 April 2026 and recorded by the Court of Appeal on 13 April 2026. The Defendant's decision to withdraw the appeal is due to negotiation between the Plaintiff and Defendant has been initiated.

 

In light of the withdrawal, the appeal proceedings have effectively come to an end, and no further steps will be required in respect of the appeal.
