The Board of Directors of Country Heights Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of En. Mohd Rizal Bin Zubair as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company with effect from 15 April 2026.
En. Mohd Rizal brings over 30 years of extensive experience in audit, finance, investment management, corporate restructuring and strategic leadership across listed corporations, financial institutions and government-linked entities.
He was previously the Group Chief Executive Officer of UKM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Oct 2022 - Mar 2026), where he oversees investment holdings, healthcare, consulting and real estate businesses.
His other previous key positions include:
-Vice President, Finance, Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA)
-Group Chief Financial Officer, Bina Darulaman Berhad
-Senior leadership roles in SME Bank Malaysia Berhad, Halim Mazmin Berhad and Malakoff Corporation Berhad
-Auditor, Ernst & Young
Throughout his career, he has successfully led:
-Corporate turnaround and profitability enhancement initiatives
-Large-scale financial restructuring and capital raising exercises (including Sukuk issuance)
-Implementation of banking and financial systems
-Strategic investment planning and international asset management
-Strengthening governance, risk management and financial reporting frameworks
The Board is confident that En. Mohd Rizal's strong leadership capabilities, coupled with his extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic transformation and investment management, will enhance the Company's operational performance and drive sustainable long-term growth. |
