The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 June 2025, 4 July 2025, 15 August 2025, 3 September 2025, 4 December 2025, 30 January 2026 and 7 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 13 April 2026 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.258 per Placement Share.

 

The issue price of RM0.258 per Placement Share represents a discount of 9.73% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of JSB Shares up to and including 10 April 2026, being the last traded day of JSB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.2858 per JSB Share.
