- PRESS RELEASE : WEST RIVER BERHAD MARKS STRATEGIC ENTRY INTO DATA CENTER SECTOR WITH RM25.2 MILLION ELECTRICAL CONTRACT

The Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that West River Engineering Sdn Bhd ("WRE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 10 April 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") awarded by a customer principally engaged in providing construction works and comprehensive management service, project management and property, consultancy and maintenance services for all types of projects, properties, plant and equipment, systems and tools for the appointment of WRE as Sub-Contractor to supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, and maintenance of electrical services for CLS Building, a data centre  located at Southern Region of Malaysia for a total sub-contract sum of RM25,200,256.00.
