CONCERN IN RESPECT OF SUBUR'S AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 
ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Subur wishes to announce that the Company's Independent Auditors, Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT have issued an unmodified audit opinion with a material uncertainty related to going concern in the Independent Auditors' Report in relation to the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
