Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of Unique Fire Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held today as per 

the Notice of the EGM of the Company dated 26 March 2026 were approved by the shareholders.

 

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. 

 

Details of the results of the poll in respect of the resolutions tabled at the EGM of the Company are set out below.
