(I)	SELECTIVE CAPITAL REDUCTION AND REPAYMENT EXERCISE OF PINEPAC PURSUANT TO SECTION 116 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("SCR"); AND 

(II)	VARIATION TO THE UTILISATION OF PROCEEDS FROM THE DISPOSAL OF THE PERAK PLANTATION TO FUND THE SCR ("VARIATION")

We refer to the announcements dated 31 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 8 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 29 September 2025, 22 October 2025, 26 November 2025, 14 January 2026, 12 March 2026, 16 March 2026, 17 March 2026 and 1 April 2026 in relation to the SCR and Variation. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the payment of the SCR Offer Price has been made on 10 April 2026 to:-

 

  1. the Entitled Shareholders who maintain eDividend accounts, via electronic remittance to the Entitled Shareholders' eDividend accounts duly registered with Bursa Depository; and

     

  2. the Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend accounts, via remittance in the form of cheques despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) at the Entitled Shareholders' registered addresses last maintained with Bursa Depository.

 

As such, the SCR has been completed on even date.
