Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 March 2026 pertaining to the resignation of Messrs. TGS TW PLT as external auditors of DFX and its subsidiary companies.

The Board of Directors of DFX wishes to announce that Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT ("GT"), having given its written consent to act, has been appointed to fill the casual vacancy as new external auditors of DFX and its subsidiary companies with effect from the date of the consent and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
